A short walk round Brockley Cemetery looking for elusive bats among the trees and graves
Led by a bat expert with monitoring equipment, this walk will attempt to locate bats in between the trees and headstones. The presence of bats cannot be guaranteed.
Please wear appropriate clothes and footwear, and bring a torch. Because of the rough ground, pushchairs and buggies are not allowed. Dogs are not permitted, no matter how well behaved they are. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Places are limited, so please cancel your booking if you find you are not able to attend. Latecomers will not be permitted. Please meet at the Brockley gate on the corner of Brockley Road and Ivy Road from 7.15pm.
The walk is free, but donations are welcome for the Bat Conservation Trust and the Friends of brockley & Ladywell Cemeteries.
